Gashy Dowlatshahi

President

Gashy Dowlatshahi is the President and sole financial backer for Bonsai Buds LLC. Mr. Dowlatshahi will hold a board position and will have no involvement in the day-to-day operations. From 1976-1979 Mr. Dowlatshahi attended the University of Rhode Island and majored in Business Studies. In 1980 he started Banner Jewelry Company which he subsequently sold in 1985. In 1983, Mr. Dowlatshahi started his own construction company in which he continues to successfully operate. 

During the past 35 years he has built approximately 500-600 residential homes, 90 condominiums, commercial buildings, and several sub-divisions. 

Mr. Dowlatshahi owns a wide variety of excavating equipment which allows him to do all of his own underground utilities: septic or sewer; water; drainage systems; and cut in roads to prepare for paving. In order to guarantee customer satisfaction, Mr. Dowlatshahi personally oversees each and every one of his projects demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. He intends to continue this commitment with his evolvement in the future success of Bonsai Buds LLC. 

Jason Calderon

Vice President & CEO

Jason Calderon will act as CEO and will handle all day-to-day operations including the hiring and management of all company employees. Currently, Mr. Calderon holds a managerial position at Galaxy Fasteners, Inc. where he is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and all purchasing and inventory control. He has held this position for the past fifteen years. In addition, Mr. Calderon owned and operated South County Hydroponics, LLC from 2011-2013. In the first year, South County Hydroponics was the fastest growing hydroponic retail store throughout the east coast. As a business owner he successfully managed inventory tracking and purchasing to successfully comply with all State regulations.
